Standard production for printed digipaks with discs often runs about one to two weeks from final approval, not including shipping. Rush and economy timelines may be offered.
Will my order be duplicated or replicated?
Short runs are typically duplicated while 500 units and above are generally replicated. Both are designed for high playback compatibility.
Can you assign ISRC codes for my tracks?
If you don’t already have ISRCs, you can usually request assignment during the ordering process so track identifiers are embedded at mastering.
Will song titles show up in car players and on computers?
Car and home players that support CD-Text will display titles if encoded. Computers read album data from online databases after you submit your release information.
What artwork specs should I follow?
Use the correct digipak template for your chosen layout. Include required bleeds, keep text inside safe areas, embed fonts, and export press-ready CMYK PDFs at 300 dpi.
Can I add booklets or inserts?
Yes. You can include multi-page booklets (e.g., 4, 8, 12, 16, 24 pages) for lyrics and credits, spine printing, and additional inserts like download cards or stickers.
Disc Makers provides a high-quality CD digipak from the finest and most eco-friendly materials. Our 15-point, grade A cardboard stock contains at least 10% of post-consumer recycled products. The Disc Makers digipak includes full-color printing from inks that are biodegradable, vegetable-based, and non-toxic, adding quality and visual appeal. Although these inks are eco-friendly, they still provide a vibrant and premium look that meets industry standards. Additionally, the exceptional UV coating we use makes our digipaks look like a million bucks. You have the option to choose between a velvet-like matte or glossy finish. The UV coating on our digipaks lasts a decade longer than the competition.
